Perfect for the ever-evolving project! We offer clients the opportunity to purchase design hours to assist with any aspect or phase of the project. From initial concept design, to sourcing, procurement, project management, final touches and more.
Design by the Hour
INVESTMENT: $195 / HOUR - 20 HOUR MINIMUM
Designer for a Day
Intensive 1-on-1 collaborative design session where you will receive the designer VIP treatment. After your Discovery Call and Design Consultation we'll meet in your space to discuss proper furniture sizing & layouts, style direction, product sourcing and solutions to your design dilemmas. We'll help you make decisions on the spot and by the end of the day you'll have the confidence and guidance to execute the rest of your project.
INVESTMENT: $1,200 / 6-HOUR MAXIMUM

Whether you're a local or
out-of-state client we'll utilize precise dimensions of your space for design planning and proper furniture sizing. We'll create digital layouts with both aesthetics & functionality in mind.
Installation guides are invaluable tools for both DIY clients executing the vision on their own and contractors on-site. Communication is key! For our Hybrid Virtual clients and Full-Service clients, we handle installation entirely!

Guest Guides for Vacation Rentals
For clients who wish to handle the procurement aspect of the project themselves, we provide shopping lists with all product links as well as specifications to ensure correct ordering. For our Full-Service clients, we handle all the procurement!
Coordinating and managing contractors and tradespeople can be overwhelming and time-consuming so we take this off our clients plates by handling all communication, scheduling, and providing them with direction on-site.
Guarantee your guests have an amazing stay by providing them with a welcome book that includes local restaurant recommendations, must-do activities, and other helpful information for their vacation. This is an al-a-carte service.

We'll gather general details about your project, answer any questions about our services and process, and make sure we're a good fit for each other!

Schedule an Initial Design Consultation
The design consultation is our chance to see your space and start brainstorming ideas and it's your chance to ask any design related questions and talk through your design dilemmas. We'll provide a game plan for your space, establish and prioritize a shopping list and take measurements to determine appropriate furniture sizing.
Time: 60-90 minutes / Investment: $395

We'll Deliver the Project Proposal
The proposal will include a breakdown of the scope of work based off the package the client selects, as well as a general shopping list and the design investment associated. The proposal and service agreement will be signed by both client and designer to agree on all project details and deliverables. We require a 50% design deposit to begin working on your project.

Finally the fun part! Based off of ideas and suggestions from the initial consultation, we'll
start curating all the products, materials and details to make your project come to life.
